This Guide is the product of many years of research and development. It came about due to a unique collaboration between the author and Mark Tippin, Director of Strategic Next Services at MURAL. Their collaboration centered on featuring AllStarTeams (AST), a strengths-based experiential learning resource, on MURALs cloud-based whiteboards. https://allstarteams.com/

Over three years, hundreds of Muralistas benefited from the experience. In 2020, Mariano Suarez, then MURAL CEO and Co-Founder, introduced a new Mural campaign theme, “Imagination Workers.” AST valorizes Imagination as a core strength, which gave impetus to explain why in the Guide.
